August kept our team busy, with 33 incidents reported across 7 areas and 1 arrest made. Copper theft continues to be a clear trend — especially exterior pipes and fittings. This really highlights the importance of perimeter security beams, which can trigger an alarm the moment suspects move in, giving our Response team time to act.
