1. Emergency Medical Services: Gardmed Private Ambulance service is contracted to us and available at no additional cost to you and anyone on your property.

2. Response Vehicles: Four fully equipped, armed response vehicles patrol 24/7, manned by our trained officers.
3. 24/7 Technical Support: Our team is always on standby to assist you.
4. 24-Hour Control Room: A local control room ensures continuous monitoring and rapid response.
5. Community CCTV Network Monitoring: We oversee the extensive community surveillance network for enhanced security.
6. Key Safekeeping Service: Secure safekeeping of your property keys, with access provided to authorised individuals such as garden services, domestic workers, or estate agents.
7. Power and Battery Management: Support during power outages or battery failures.
8. Emergency Security Guard Deployment: Temporary on-site security in case of compromised premises security.
9. Community Collaboration: Close partnerships with Neighbourhood Watch groups, the Community Camera Fund, SAPS, and the Dog Unit.
10. After-Hours Walk-In Assistance: For clients who feel unsafe entering or exiting their property.
11. Event Sponsorship: Support for local events and charities, including cycling events, fun runs, the Kenton Wine Festival, cat sterilisation projects, and safeguarding critical infrastructure.
12. Additional Assistance: Our team goes above and beyond by responding to unique situations such as rescuing stranded wildlife, assisting with vehicle issues, helping the elderly, and addressing emergencies like accidents or poaching activities.

13. SOS Assistance: Our public Hi-Tec Coastal SOS buttons are available 24/7. Simply press for help.  With our Hi-Tec Coastal SOS buttons, emergency security is always just a push away — no explanations needed.

As part of our commitment to community safety, each SOS button is monitored by CCTV and linked to our control room. In an emergency, our operators will quickly assess the situation and dispatch armed response, ambulances, police, lifeguards, or any assistance required.
